He is FINRA Series 79 & 63 licensed and a Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA). David works mainly with privately held, medium-sized businesses across a variety of industries to achieve specific growth, financial and operational objectives. Projects focus largely on exit strategies, liquidity events and capital raising initiatives. He has over 20 years of experience, gained with small, mid-market and large multinational companies, and a comprehensive background in mergers and acquisitions. Transactions have ranged in value from a few million to several billion dollars.David is also a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Momentum Transaction Group, a boutique investment banking firm, and Founder and Managing Director of DRW Consulting, a financial advisory and management consulting practice serving private small and lower middle-market businesses. Clients of Momentum and DRW are generally industry diverse and David and his colleagues specialize in addressing the unique challenges facing high-growth companies.David spent two decades in New York City and Chicago. He ran the CFO Advisory Services practice at Geller & Company, a financial advisory firm, was Executive Director at SCP Worldwide, a global sports, media and entertainment company, and held key positions with Zurich Financial Services, Exelon Corporation, TransUnion, Allstate and Arthur Andersen.David earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin.
