For more than 30 years I've been employed in direct sales and sales management/operations. I've met interesting people, shared unique experiences, learned lessons in life, and had a lot of fun. I began my career in real estate in Austin, Texas, and a couple years later joined Xerox as a general sales rep in downtown Wichita, Kansas. After Xerox, I joined PwC where I was a client relationship executive and then led PwC's sales organization for the U.S & Mexico firm. Over my career I've served large multinational clients in a variety of industries, principally focusing on the telecommunications, aircraft, and oil and gas markets. In these roles I have had direct sales responsibility and team-management responsibilities. In October of 2022, I joined CrossCountry Consulting as a partner overseeing company-wide revenue generation and creating the firm's integrated approach to acquiring, growing and retaining clients. I'm directly responsible for achieving long term growth goals, delivering an effective client experience, and focusing on harnessing the collective power of our partners, directors and business developers to win more in the market. I have extensive experience in process improvement with creating effective sales programs, and developing high performing cross line of service teams as well as the processes and tools to support the operational requirements of the sales organization. I’m able to create strategic plans to achieve key objectives and design tactics and actions to exceed client expectations. My many years of experience leading cross-functional teams and in account-relationship management enable me to easily link an organization’s strategic business objectives to CrossCountry Consulting capabilities.
