Education and self-development are my top priorities. I recently graduated from Brno University of Technology (BUT), Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, with a degree in Materials Engineering. My thesis, titled "Wear Model of Material Couple at High Temperatures," focused on creating an optimal machine learning model to address adhesive wear in kinematic mechanisms of turbochargers. The thesis was written in English and programmed in Python.In January 2024, together with friends, we founded the music community Early Jammík, where we organize music evenings and connect musicians with venues in Brno. My role involves practically everything the project requires, as is often the case with growing initiatives. Through this, I am steadily improving my skills in leadership, marketing, event planning, promotion, and much more. In this regard, I owe thanks to my two co-founders: Adéla Matějková and Dominik Dukovský, without whom Early Jammík wouldn’t be what it is today.Alongside this development of soft skills, I am also enhancing my programming abilities in Python (e.g., through a two-month internship at Continero Corp s.r.o. and self-study), my knowledge of the TRIZ methodology (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) through a semester-long course, Lean Six Sigma and FMEA tools, as well as ISO 9000, ISO 9001, and ISO 9004 standards.Since 2018, I have held the position of "Economic Analyst" at TIC Brno, where I provide technical support for the KARAT Software economic system. From 2019 to 2021, I worked as a technician at the Institute of Scientific Instruments of the Czech Academy of Sciences, where I also wrote my bachelor’s thesis in English on metallography. In 2021, I completed an Erasmus+ exchange in Trondheim, Norway, gaining international experience and further strengthening my proficiency in English. Following this, I spent a year managing communication channels for Vlakfest.cz, a project offering unique train travel experiences, music festivals, and much more. I have experience in organizing various events, not only through VlakFest and Early Jammík but also from my years as a program leader at children's camps from 2015 to 2021.In my free time, I enjoy sports, especially Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, playing the guitar and mandolin, and spending time with friends, whether in Brno or while traveling!I believe in teamwork, and to me, it’s not about what you do, but who you do it with!If any of this resonates with you, let’s connect—I look forward to the collaborations the future holds!
