I am an enthusiastic, positive leader of Quality and Business Process Improvement. I have been very successful engaging Global and Cross Companies Teams in developing and deploying future looking strategies. Previously, I was the Director of Quality for Bose, leading dramatic improvements in Product and Process Quality across the whole supply chain, from new products, to plants, suppliers and customers. We demonstrated strong success in engaging the entire supply chain to improve Automotive quality by 95% and Consumer product quality by 75%. I sponsored the Bose Six Sigma program, which over time, drove dramatic quality, space, headcount, and cycle time improvements. Before joining Bose, I held several roles at Digital Equipment Corporation in manufacturing engineering, materials/purchasing, and new product program management before transitioning my career to Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
