Moved the entire technical infrastructure (broadcast, production and IT), into new, advanced "cold corridor" containers. Also moved all control rooms and live production booths into a new floor under construction. Role was extended to coordination of external construction teams and facilities management to ensure business continuity 24/7 and smooth integration of Brussels-based television production into Gosselies broadcast facilities.Key results: Ensured work environment fit users requirement specifications, service level agreement (SLA).
