My philosophy is "Do one thing and do it well." In the 21st century, the practice of Family Law has become more complex and increasingly demanding. Therefore, unlike many lawyers who attempt to handle many different types of cases, I devote my entire practice to New Jersey Family Law matters. I have handled thousands of cases, including difficult divorces involving high net worth individuals, protracted custody disputes and complicated equitable distribution issues. I am also a recognized expert in domestic violence cases, which often are the most difficult to solve and require immediate and expert attention. In addition, I have been instrumental in developing alternatives to the traditional litigation process as a means for resolving marital disputes. In furtherance of that goal, I created and now head Choice Divorce Mediation Services which, in appropriate cases, helps divorcing couples determine their own destiny, rather than suffer the trauma and expense of seemingly endless litigation. My goal has always been to provide the highest level of legal representation to each of my clients in New Jersey Divorce and Family Law Matters. Clients come to me in a time of need and are often in the midst of one of the most traumatic periods of their lives and the lives of their children. I understand that the most important thing that we must do is--listen. Listen to the client's concerns. Listen to a client's goals. Then use my knowledge and expertise to help the client resolve those concerns and achieve those goals. I love what I do.
