Current• Reduced completion time for regulatory training resulting in a savings of $300,000.00 for fiscal year. • Successfully develop, deliver, and maintain over 200 regulatory courses to meet and exceed contract requirements with the U.S. Department of Energy. • Perform training impact analyses and assessments to verify effectiveness of training.• Oversee and develop the skills and talents of a team of instructors/developers. • Write and facilitate leadership development courses to middle and upper-management staff.• Utilize a learning management system to forecast company training needs and appropriately allocate resources to meet those needs. • Represent the training department in the planning and implementation of organization-wide initiatives.
