Developed an Excel-based sizing tool to estimate solar panel generation (kWh) for residential properties. The tool calculates energy generation based on key parameters such as panel orientation, tilt, number of panels, and other critical factors.Reviewed and approved solar panel applications for the Distributed Energy Resources (DER) department by analyzing single line diagrams (SLD), customer energy consumption data, and site plans. Utilized Aurora Solar, a 3D solar panel planning software, to verify the accuracy of applications.Created a 700+ line Python program using NumPy to generate a comprehensive billing schedule for the metering team. Created multiple Python programs to automate various departmental tasks, include a file parsing tool that splits large files into smaller ones based on user-defined criteria, simplifying data handling and analysis.Managed customer inquiries in the metering department and effectively input and managed customer data within the Enmax database.Conducted field visits to read and verify meter data on-site, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for billing and customer records.
