I spend half my time partnering with the organizations leaders (SVP/GM/VP), their direct reports, finance, and our HRBPs to focus on talent acquisition and headcount strategies, planning, execution, reporting, etc. I spend the other half of my time managing, mentoring and leading a team of experienced recruiters and staffing partners to make sure the organization's hiring goals are met globally, on time and within budget.

I managed staffing for the Datacenter Platform Organization which was responsible for ESX (flagship product) and their core virtualization infrastructure, specifically, the Core Technology Group (Monitor, Virtual Devices, Interactive Devices, Guest Components, etc.), the VMKernel (ESX) team, vSphere, the networking and storage teams, specifically vSAN.
