The Payments Execution SAFE Agile Release Train is responsible for Swedbank’s payments infrastructure adoption to the ongoing global transformation of the payments market towards global standards (ISO 20022), Instant payments and Request to Pay services to name a few. The Deputy CPO role shares overall product ownership with the CPO for the payment infrastructure for domestic and international payments, acting as a “minister of interior” for the 10 team strong Agile Release Train ensuring day to day alignment between the train, business stakeholders and overall organisation. Escalation point and shared responsibility for short and mid term prioritisation, roadmap creation and contribution to strategic direction.

Group wide responsibility for Network, Network Security, Storage and Virtual Infrastructure services cross all Swedbank markets (Sweden & Baltics). As the foundation for 24-7 stability for all business services catering to Swedbank’s +7M customers cross four countries this required operational leadership leading through critical impact incidents, as well as managing a major transformation initiative in core network, network security and storage, including a competence shift towards automation (infrastructure as code). 9 direct reports incl IT architects, covering 6 teams (70+ FTE) of product owners, infra & software engineers in Sweden and Baltics. 400Msek yearly budget incl contract and vendor ownership.

The Business Owner acts as a strategic and tactical catalyst to push business potential and drive customer centricity in the payments and cards services. Responsibilities include driving and managing yearly roadmaps, contribute to strategic direction and running cross bank synergy initiatives. This is achieved through senior stakeholder management and close cooperation with value streams, using a variety of tools such as OKRs and KPIs and customer and conversion growth analysis.

The CPO role combines the strategic and operational responsibility for developing and maintaining the Daily Banking customer experience in Swedbank's digital channels. Daily Banking is a broad area that starts in digital payments, cards and transactions and moves on into personal finance management solutions, all geared towards creating relevance and value for our 2+ Million active digital customers. Five direct reports run agile cross functional teams with app, front end and Java developers as well as scrum masters, agile product owners, business analysts, with a very close dotted line to Swedbank UX teams as CX is the focal point of everything we do

Digital Banking is the spearhead in Swedbank’s digital transformation. The delivery/team manager role involves securing the delivery of new features/digitalization of products from a business and customer value perspective, keeping a close relationship with IT management, and making sure other business areas understand their operational part in our joint digital delivery. Responsibilities include:- Personnel responsibility for 10+ Business Project Managers, Agile Product Owners and Acceptance Test Managers- Delivery responsibility for customer value streams for Digital Lending products & E-enablers(E-signing, Digital Onboarding, KYC Compliance) , input to strategic planning- Organizational change management towards agile & lean business development

- Part of an inspiring team developing Swedbank’s services and customer offering in the online channels (Mobile phones, tablets and Internet bank).- Lead Online Banking projects from idea to market launch- Certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA B)

- Left the IT family after eight years to further explore project and change management on the business side- Headed the change of Collection vendor for mortgage overdues - Tried the feasibility of creating a joint division within a specific business area for all four home markets(Sweden & Baltics) - Certfied EFQM Assesor(European Foundation for Quality Management) and co-assessed two divisions.

- Headed the development of a new application framework for java based business portals and applications, the Internet bank being the largest. A very complex 2-year project with constant technological challenges paired with heavy cost pressure, in a fairly political environment. - Coordinated the development of a strategic roadmap for Swedbank CIO - Developed a pilot IT SLA based on business flows, as opposed to being system centric. - Gained experience working with cross border sourcing resources - Got comfortable using agile project methodology.

- Mainly worked with Infrastructure projects related to hardware and system integration.- Projects included a technical change of cash management suppliers, a project with many business stakeholders, complex security challenges and deadlines carved in stone. - Led an upgrade of the infrastructure platform serving the Internet bank and other 24-7 critical web based business systems, a surgical operation completed without business disturbances- Gained a strong understanding for the system life cycle and Business vs IT relations
