Prior to founding Alsis Funds, he was CEO of Latin America’s largest homebuilder, NYSE and MSE listed Homex, and Deputy General Director of Strategic Planning and Finance (CFO) of Latin America’s largest mortgage lender, INFONAVIT. He has also held several senior management positions in BBVA Bancomer, where he served as Deputy General Director of Corporate Financing and Investor Relations, Corporate Director of Financial Projects and Director of Strategic Planning and Finance of the Mortgage Division, among other positions. David Sanchez-Tembleque holds an MBA from Tulane University and an economics degree from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela in Spain.
