I have achieved this by being part of VTT's core PI & Strategy task force and also VTT’s Sales Network, through which I have led several customer projects. I have initiated and help cultivate several international exchanges and collaborations. To help spread the knowledge of this work, I have held three webinars and several outreach projects, including the 2017 cellulose hackathon at VTT. Co-supervised several Master and PhD theses, and I have been a big driver behind the team’s proposal writing team effort.
