Sales Director for Media EMEA vertical: covering sales, marketing and Business Development.Oversee and lead a high-performing team of 25 sales professionals responsible for generating $100+ million in revenue from media customers in Europe (CANAL+, SKY, BBC, ITV, DISNEY, ARD-ZDF, NBCU, RAI, MEDIASET, RTVE, FTV, SPOTIFY, TV2 DNK..). Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving double-digit year-over-year growth for the past 5 years. Successfully transitioned more than 50% of the business to software & services, including 80% of annual recurring revenue (ARR).Successfully navigate complex and competitive markets, utilizing a customer-centric approach to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, leveraging industry expertise and strategic insights to deliver value-added solutions.Collaborate closely with marketing, business units, and cross-functional teams to develop Media blueprint solutions and ensure alignment within US and APJC sales organization.Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and solutions, such as automation, cybersecurity, FSO, next-generation broadcast centers and hybrid cloud, to meet the evolving needs of media customers.Actively contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Cisco's media solutions, positioning the company as a leader in the industry.
