Senior Marketing Analyst, Digital Customer Experience
Current- Measure and optimize customer behavior on one of the largest digital retail platforms in the world, covering the entire measurement process from strategy and design to report development and analysis. - Provide analytics and measurement support for the entire digital experience, including retail shopping and booking behavior, post-purchase self-service, account management, membership enrollment, and A/B testing and other optimization testing.- Segment customers to understand how different subsets respond to features, promotions, and other digital marketing efforts. Identify opportunities for more targeted marketing. - Collaborate with product managers to translate their business needs into technical requirements and ensure proper measurement of new features and optimization tests. Use various tools to test, troubleshoot, and fix tracking issues.- Support the digital organization with reporting and analysis, from small ad hoc projects to major product launches and regular monthly reporting delivered to a wide audience. Automate and streamline where possible.- Regular use of Adobe Analytics, SQL, Tableau, and Excel to accomplish the above and more.
