Current• Prepare all food items in a timely manner• Prep and present specialty food items for banquets, weddings and corporate events• Create an exceptional culinary experience for banquets of 100 or more guests• Restock all items as required throughout shift• Clean and maintain service stations• Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant management• Assist with the cleaning, hygiene and organization of kitchen, and all storage areas• Supervise the kitchen when management is not present
