Responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs. Both short and long range, targeted towards both existing clients, and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.Essential Functions:• Director in charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in sales and marketing for Georgia Facility Services.• Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.• Member of the company’s senior executive team.• Report Directly to the Chief Executive Officer/President.• Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budgets.• Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.• Oversee all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in sales and marketing.• Develop and participate with the senior team, in the development of the strategic marketing plan for the company.• Direct sales and marketing department to achieve objectives established in the company’s strategic plan.• Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.• Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of Georgia Facility Services.• Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the company.Competencies:• Business acumen.• Communication Proficiency.• Customer / Client Focus.• Leadership.• Presentation Skills.• Problem Solving / Analysis.• Results Driven.• Strategic Thinker
