While participating as a member of the systems engineering team I was responsible for the design and implementation of new infrastructure systems to support a nationwide, 10,000 client user base. My focus was on Business Systems including Noble, Cognos, DIAD, Media Pro and Planview, among others.I had several large accomplishments during my time with this team. I leveraged our VMWare infrastructure to reduce our physical server count by 70%, I was the Systems Technical Lead for the design and migration of over 800 physical servers to a new location and I participated as the Technical Lead for the design and implementation of the Noble Automated Dialer environment that enhanced productivity for our customer collections and tele-sales departments by over 40%.Other items I was responsibilities for included overseeing vendor activities (reviewing and approving statements of work), defining vendor needs, assessing vendor effectiveness, and maintaining vendor relationships. Within my team and across IT I acted as a mentor providing training and support to assist my peers in meeting deliverables and service level agreements of large projects. I was also active in our disaster recovery planning, implementation and testing for an environment including two data centers in different states.
