I came back to Aqua Systems because it is the place I felt more at home. Everything about the company, whether it be the coworkers, or the policies related to HR, convinced me this is where I belong (for now). I joined again to work in the Assembly department. In this department, we fill, build, and program water softeners. This involves using a forklift, filling 100+ tanks with resin per day, programming valves for the softeners, and boxing them up each day. It is hard work which is something that I enjoy greatly. If I am going somewhere to "work", I am going to work hard the entire time I am there.

I packaged items large and small to be prepared to ship throughout the country. Any smaller items that were shipped locally I would drive the company van or flatbed truck and deliver said items.

In the first half I loaded 80-pound bags of salt or 50-pound water jugs into customers' cars while also handling cash and card transactions. In the second half I worked on the bottling line and operated a machine to bottle water. We threw these bottles onto racks and used forklifts to stack them and store them in the warehouse.
