I don't believe in overly complicated systems for SME’s, and we tailor our client's systems to their needs.I have organised and managed the migration of hundreds of SME’s to Office365 using methods such as manual, IMAP migration, and cut-over exchange migration. Onboarding and offboarding users for SME’s with Office365, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. 3Tek currently manages over 3000 Office365 seats. One of my greatest successes was the onboarding of over 750 students in August 2018 prior to the commencement of the new school year. I have designed implemented and maintained IT systems in conjunction with software and hardware providers for SME’s.Provide day-to-day IT support for main, satellite offices, and remote users while working to SLA time frames as short as 1 hour. Provide data transfer and migration for server, desktop, and mobile devices.Implement security by means of firewalls, antivirus, encryption, vulnerability scans, MFA, RBAC, Zero Trust, and the principle of least privilege and have worked with Panda, ESET, Zyxel amongst others.Co-ordinate with clients to develop Disaster Recovery Plans and implement backup policies using offsite cloud backup providers such as KeepItSafe. Review client’s systems periodically, aiding to keep Asset Register and change management up to date.
