• Guided company from pre-revenue to product launch through multiple retail channels while supervising, equipping, and empowering finance, operations, and accounting staff.
• Negotiated and secured $11M of bridge financing and $2M line of credit. Extended cash-runway by six-plus months.
• Created business-management infrastructure including updated business model, new general ledger accounting system, KPIs and dashboards for sales and operations, product cost management, and development checkbooks.
• Completed past-due accounting audits from previous two years.
• Implemented NetSuite ERP to drive product launch and multi-channel initiatives.

• Orchestrated and executed the acquisition and integration of Flextronics Photonics in Oregon, Liekki Oy in Finland, Optotools GmbH in Germany, and Arbor Photonics in Michigan, two of which are existential to nLIGHT's.
• Positioned company for IPO and cultivated relationships with 8+ equity analysts, 20+ investment banks, and investors.
• Spearheaded move from boot-strapped IT infrastructure based on Excel and QuickBooks to that needed for a public company, including worldwide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
