Provide SATCOM systems level technical support for Program Management, and Field Service Representatives on the assigned program. Work directly with the customer and venders to identify, contain, and resolve system level failures occurring in the field. Provide in-area engineering expertise, and coordinate product and/or development engineering support when required.Provide professional company representation, installation, checkout and operation of SATCOM communication systems at various customer facilities and locations located inside the continental United States and abroad. Act as a company liaison with the customer providing information, direction and services as required. Generation and development of all Test Procedures for the Antenna Range and Micro-electronics Test work centers. Coordinate and oversee all related test automation for test processes and workflow improvements. Run and have an in-depth knowledge of all tests related to the assigned work center. Have an intimate knowledge and understanding of all levels of the test processes as they relate to the work center. Ensure technical and functional tests meet business requirements. Monitor test failure data, and act as an interface between Design Engineering and Operations Test.

• Provide Systems Level Engineering and Quick Reaction Depot Level Support for the Predator, Reaper, Avenger programs. Responsibilities include Depot Level Continuing Logistical Support of the SATCOM systems located at remote locations.• Provide Systems Level Engineering Support for the MQ-1C Gray Eagle program at El Mirage as well as in plant. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, corrective action, and containment of field failure trends. • Responsible for Field Service Engineering Support of Air Force MQ-1 Predator, MQ-9 Reaper, and Avenger programs. Responsibilities include foreign deployments to set up and maintain the tactile satellite link between the Ground Control Station and the aircraft.• Received Field Service commendation/award for foreign Reaper deployment that involved site set up and operation of Company Owned Company Operated equipment and assets.• Responsible for Field Service Engineering Support of NAVY MQ-4C Triton AVMC program, Palmdale California.• Served as the Point of Contact (POC), providing in-area engineering expertise for the KIOWA, Hawklink, Fab-T, and other program antennas. Assumed mentoring role for other engineers.• Research, development, modification, and presentation of the Procurement Specification and Statement of Work for the proposed Compact Antenna Range.• Played a crucial role in the development and build processes for the Tapered Antenna Range, and the procurement of the Mini Compact Antenna Range. • Development and implementation of TestStand automation for the MMIC attenuator, detector, switch, and amplifier projects. Improved the quality of testing and through-put in the Micro-electronics Lab work center.• Assumed Team Lead responsibilities over the Antenna Range, Micro-electronics Test, and EMI Test teams. • Received Silver Achievement Award (2010), and multiple Spirit of Excellence awards for actions considered beyond normal job expectation on ERMP, Rover, Predator, and Apache VUIT-2 programs.

Program, install, preventive maintenance, and repair of stationary and portable radio equipment. Maintain purchasing, warranty, and FCC records on radio equipment. Train new radio users on proper radio operation and FCC rules. Motorola and Kenwood warranty and non-warranty repair.
