He began his career in public accounting, working for large national and local CPA firms auditing clients in a variety of industries.In his past roles as CFO and Corporate Controller, he has been an advisor to executives, working with their staffs to identify key performance metrics, isolating the operational drivers (such as pricing, sales mix, economics, and labor hours). David managed the financial, human resource, information technology groups, and consulted with operational departments on various projects. He has coached staff, and has successfully teamed with senior executives in sales and marketing, operations, information technology for the benefit of the organization. He knows what questions to ask and how to provide the best solution for the small to mid-market closely held business. He has professional ties with local bankers, lawyers and other professionals and is skilled at interacting with vendors to create a positive environment for an organization to achieve its goals.He has successfully managed companies in advertising, manufacturing, and construction. He has successfully completed software implementations, and disaster recovery.David earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accountancy from The Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York and his MBA in Finance from Long Island University.David is active in his community. He is on the Manalapan Township Finance Committee and served as its Chairman for two years. He enjoys golf, gardening, cooking, and is an amateur musician.
