• Analyzed existing market, physician needs and competition to develop critical design criteria, new branding identity & marketing strategy for international product launch
• Prepared multiple abstracts/articles for presentation at medical meetings and publication in medical journals

• Built initial sales forecast and executed domestic launch plan concurrent with PMA approval of implantable female sterilization device. First year post approval sales reached $2M
• Trained and managed 13 sales reps, created territory alignment to target strategic accounts & focus on high volume centers
