From the ground up I began with the current product being produced, established fixed pricing structures based on past financial templates, updated promotional and marketing materials, and established a strong customer database with an internally transparent and easily accessible digital booking calendar which allowed an easy and inexpensive ordering system. Whilst doing this I also worked closely with Mercy Community Services policy and governance procedures, and was involved in stakeholder audits.I further integrated the the supply chain from inquiry to catering being delivered. Whilst my business partner took an active role in supply chain & logistics. Within a year of launch we had developed the company to our second phase of our plan. However before we could implement this phase we were approached by a large multi-national competitor who gave us an offer we could not refuse and purchased the intellectual property for the universal seat design.
