As Old Town IT's first employee, David mentored and led development and architecture teams while supporting the technology needs of a software consulting firm on the Inc Magazine's Top 5000 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies 5 years in a row - 2012: #444, 2013: #405, 2014: #841, 2015: #2534, 2016: #4033.David was responsible for architecting, building and maintaining a large code library to reduce major complexities and risks with building software on the Abila netFORUM AMS. He also mentored and trained teams of architects and developers on the netFORUM AMS. During his tenure, training that started out taking months, took mere weeks.David provided the highest tier netFORUM support for the most difficult to solve problems. He led or participated in many all night troubleshooting sessions with multiple vendors until the problem was solved and the root cause was identified.David also was responsible for the development systems in which all netFORUM development took place. Managing a small IT team, a multi-node Hyper-V cluster was architected to provide fault-tolerance and disaster recovery capabilities. Many dozen development environments were actively managed at any one time providing peace of mind that no development productivity would be lost.
