I lead consultancy projects on strategy implementation, change management, and organisational structure in companies across various sectors such as education, public organisations, NGOs, oil and gas, construction, advertising, mining, among others. Some examples of recent projects are: • Developed and implemented 15+ cultural transformation initiatives to improve organisational climate, communication, and the development of human skills for leaders for a Public Organisation (1.000+ employees).• Led the analysis and recommendations for cultural change management for operational excellence in an Oil and Gas company (35.000+ employees).• Constructed the strategic framework and defined the structure, including new roles, responsibilities and KPIs for management positions in a construction company in Colombia and Panamá (with 150+ USD million in annual revenue).• Created a new organisational structure to improve agile decision-making processes and enhance the role of area leaders for an NGO (100+ employees).• Designed an agile matrix structure to foster synergies between areas and optimise administrative processes for a Law School (over 100+ staff and professors).

• I design and teach courses aimed at aligning organisational design (structure, culture, processes, people, incentives) with strategy.• Created customized corporate and executive programs for talent and leadership development (+15 programs for companies from various industries, including Oil and Gas, Banking, Technology, Services, Industry, and NGOs).• Formed partnerships with over 100 companies to assist them with solving organisational design and change management challenges. In charge of directing consulting projects in strategy, design, and organizational behaviour, as well as coordinating all 7 Senior Consultants, 14 junior consultants, and over 100 students per semester. Responsible for the methodological design of projects and the monitoring of consultancy projects of students (over 250).
