In addition to full responsibility for the design of the building's structural components and production of construction documents, I was responsible for all aspects of client management from the opportunity stage through end of construction. I am passionate about designing efficient, cost-effective, and safe structures, while providing an exceptional client experience on every one of my projects.I have been a leader in my firms in the strategic use of Revit/BIM since 2007, and I am a technology evangelist in general.

I was the PM for the first 11 buildings (blocks A, B, and C) in the development.-Westerville (OH) Emergency Dept / MOB - 2-story, 49,000 sq ft, steel-framed building with ED on first floor and MOB on second floor-New Albany (OH) Presbyterian Church - a new, 15,000 sq ft building with a wood-framed roof on steel stud bearing walls, with soaring interior spaces and eaves over 40 ft tall-Renovation/addition to Elementary, Middle & High Schools for Highland Local School District-Marshall University Recreation Center

Favorite projects include:-Knowlton Hall at OSU - a 4-story, post-tensioned slab structure that won many design awards-Thompson Library at OSU - a $90M renovation of the main library-Grange Insurance HQ Expansion - a $50M tower addition clad in glass-Corna/Kokosing Office Building - an arched glued-laminated wood truss and decking roof-Jennings Hall at OSU - a very challenging $30M interior renovation of old B&Z building-Buggyworks Condos - adaptive re-use of timber and brick factory from early 1900's-CSCC Center for Workforce Dev - a $20M, 4-story academic building with a conference center on the top floor-Salvation Army Chapel at Worthington Woods - a church facility with a beautiful glu-lam timber truss roof over the sanctuary
