I was the face and voice of the publisher toward both potential customers and current users on behalf of 1517 Media's online platforms: sundaysandseasons.com, preludemusicplanner.com, and sparkhousedigital.orgBy way of Adobe Connect, I provided an interactive, online, educational environment by which participants gained knowledge about key corporate products and the skills needed to maximize the local use of product content and online systems.

As the Lead Developer for Fortress Education, I realized the creation of innovative, high-value academic resources for the Seminary and Religious Studies classroom. As Developer, I bring important skills to bear on the process – the ability to build community, via blogs and social media; to surface clarity and understanding around deep, unarticulated, problems; to envision and develop resource solutions by way of design thinking processes; and to facilitate testing and refinement throughout resource creation and production.My projects and explorations have contributed to a refreshed brand identity by: 1) demonstrating a spirit of innovation through ground-breaking development process and products, 2) building an engaged online community which, in turn, significantly increased traffic to the corporate website, and 3) creating innovative products that enabled my publisher to surpass its annual income projections.

As a lead resource developer for the Sparkhouse team, I functioned in the capacity of Adult Category Lead. I was charged with developing the imprint's multimedia adult education resources. Among other things, this led to the creation of the award-winning "animate" series. I also continued to serve as the managing editor of the WordPress blog, "The Hardest Question." This blog's popularity rose to 12,000 visitors a month during my tenure making it the number one landing page and entry point to the entire family of Sparkhouse products via "wearesparkhouse.org."
