He has been named “Marketing Director of the Year” by the NJ Builders Association (NJBA) 7 times, most recently in 2020. CB New Homes has received the NJBA's prestigious award for “Best Marketing Strategy” for an unprecedented four consecutive years (2012-2015). In 2015, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) also honored David and CB New Homes with its “Best Innovation in Marketing Strategy” award. Over the years, David has helped several clients win “Community of the Year” 6 times and many other housing product-related awards. October 2020, David was named a "Power Player by Industry Magazine.David has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Money Magazine and Builder Magazine. He is often interviewed on topics relating to market trends, pricing, home styles and more. He is a member of the NAHB, the Sales and Marketing Council, the NJBA and Community Builders Association.
