TRAC Intermodal is the world’s largest provider of marine and domestic chassis operating throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. As a project manager in the PMO, I delivered the Oracle-based ETL project to convert Steamship Line customers to the new industry billing management paradigm called the “Trucker Model”. I managed the projects to coordinate 1-4 customer/location ETL conversions each month by creating and updating detailed project plans, managing changes to project scope, and reporting status to senior management weekly.
