Having spent more than two decades working in technology with a range of companies from start-ups to global enterprises, my experience extends beyond finance to include operating expertise across sales, marketing, customer success, and product.I currently serve as CFO for Yelp (NYSE: YELP). At Yelp, I have helped the company navigate both the COVID pandemic and a transformation of the business, which grew from $1 billion in revenue in 2019 to approximately $1.4 billion expected in 2024 while increasing profitability. In addition to working closely with Yelp’s Board of Directors, I meet regularly with investors.Prior to Yelp, I served as both CFO and COO at Optimizely, a venture-backed enterprise software startup, where I had responsibility for the post-sales experience globally in addition to finance. At eBay, I served as CFO for North America, helping to grow gross merchandise volume from $23 billion to more than $30 billion over the course of my tenure. Early in my career, I worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley, helping companies raise more than $20 billion in capital through IPOs, equity follow-on offerings and a broad range of debt instruments. Over the course of my career, I’ve also worked on a variety of M&A transactions.
