Promoted to lead 17 Forest City managed assets in three separate markets in OH, MD, and MI representing luxury high-rises, multi-use facilities, and conventional residential housing. Promoted to oversee a team of four financial analysts responsible for monthly reporting, forecasting, preparing annual budgets, and completing the annual audit package for external audit firm for approximately 30 properties.
