His experience includes a secondment to KPMG's Moscow, Russia office where he assisted clients in the tax and legal aspects of investment and business in Russia.David is a former Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy. His active duty and reserve experience included assignments with USS AMERICA (CV-66), Atlantic Intelligence Command and Naval Special Warfare Unit Two. He is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm.
