Managed the Acquisitions Team to identify target areas and systematically pursue economically viable land deals.Key Responsibilities included:- Working closely with President and VP Business Development to structure joint venture deals- Managing the preparation of market intelligence reports on economic conditions, submarket trends, government regulations and competition project information to shape acquisitions strategy- Leading a systematic process of identifying, cataloging and qualifying land opportunities- Underwriting, negotiating and structuring economically viable land deals - Managing partner relationships- Managing the sale of strata commercial space in mixed use projects- Generating unit valuation and suggested project pricing using Direct Comparison Approach

This involved preparing and justifying the go-forward business case through due diligence, market based pro forma analysis and through the research, collection and analysis of key market data.Key Responsibilities included:- Generating new sites, assessed economic viability, negotiated deal terms and secured land - Analyzing the pros/cons of proposed sites to make go-forward business case recommendations- Providing wide-ranging market research to develop and support Acquisitions Strategy- Managing the sale of strata commercial space in mixed use projects- Creating unit valuation matrix and suggested project pricing using Direct Comparison Approach

Assisted with deal sourcing, analysis, due diligence, drafting offers, preparing market intelligence reports, unit valuation and commercial unit sales.Key Responsibilities included:- Cataloging and qualifying potential land opportunities- Tracking and reporting on municipal community plans - Preparing draft site analysis including proformas- Assisting in the preparation of wide-ranging market research to develop and support Acquisitions Strategy
