Manage the orderly, timely transition of projects from the estimating to the field. Analyze and approve CPM schedules monthly. Ensure that many levels of detailed schedules are prepared and distributed as required to support the project schedule.Oversee the preparation of the monthly progress report in coordination with the Project Superintendent and Project Engineer. Manage costs and prepare accurate cost projections. Review and execute all change orders, supplements and cost control budget adjustments.Review and manage the procurement schedule. Manage all billings to insure timely submission of payment applications and receipt of payments from the owner in order to maintain a positive cash flow position. Manage the overall payment process with the subcontractors and Administration Department. Manage the execution of purchase order agreements and subcontracts with respect to insurance certificates, bonds, and the appropriate lien wavers. Coordinates with District Procurement Department.

Build, remodel and redesign homes in the Greater Atlanta Area. Yearly revenues averaged five million. Custom homes range 5,000-10,000 Sq.Ft.
