Managing a team of 5 Business Development Executives. I was responsible for working with the team in new SME business acquisition. My responsiblities included, working with the team in achieving monthly sales targets, training the team in selling O2 products and services, attending sales meetings with my team. Mentoring the team. In this position, I reported directly into the Sales Director regarding sales performance and forecasting.

My role as Business Development Executive was to maintain and grow clients by introducing new product lines/promotional products. I also advised clients on their Category Management process in their retail stores. t
