Wedding DJ & MCDavid started his DJ career back at the age of 14, initially assisting a friend who was a mobile DJ, which was a great way to learn the basics. As demand grew for his services he setup his own equipment and became the resident DJ at Pukekohe's first nightclub, and expanded the business to employ other DJ's. David is a qualified Engineer, holds a Diploma in Management from the University of Auckland and has held an number of senior management positions. When he got married, he chose to place his DJ business on hold in order to spend more time with the family. Now David and His wife Sandra, a wedding florist work together helping engaged couples plan and execute their Perfect Wedding.

The systems developed were later rolled out on a national level.

Pukekohe - New Zealand

Responsible for the largest division within Counties Power, which comprised of three separate businesses employing over 60 people with an annual turnover of 5 million dollars. These businesses included a Power Construction and Reactive Faults team, a Mechanical Workshop and a Maintenance Workshop. As a member of the Senior Management team I was involved with the strategic management of the Company and played an important role in the culture development within the organisation. I was also called upon to fill the key role of ‘Contingency Manager’, managing resources and priorities in the event of major storms and incidents on the network.In addition to this I also played a major role in the formulation and management of strategic IT across all of the organisations business units and provided an operational overview and support to the IT Department.

I was involved in the commissioning of the Rolling Mills then moved into a technical support group and finally moving into a major capital project.
