My career has let me use these products, and I know the pain of trying to keep Information Technology one of those magical “it just works” part of life.In my work with various software companies in development and sales engineering, I got to work hand in hand with customers from all over the globe in every industry. This has given me a fantastic ability to see how a product can be used (and let's face it, sometimes misused) by customers when their only job is to keep their company running. My passion is taking a product idea through the development process and delivering a solution the end users can’t get enough of. The whole process these days is a beautiful thing with methodologies like AGILE and LEAN that allow a company to work with the customers to produce rapid solutions that are in constant states of improvement. In any given day I might be working with customers to show them an upcoming release, delivering customer feedback to developers, marketing to explain the new capabilities and sales to explain the how the new capabilities will let them outsell the competition. All followed by study time where working on the next big project.
