CurrentGuide clients to achieve desired outcomes in the social good, philanthropy, and community granting space using the Versaic platformConsultant and Value Driver: Build trusted advisor partnerships with numerous clients in the Fortune 500- Communicate realized and potential program ROI leading to a frictionless renewal and identification of cross-sell and up-sell growth opportunities; responsible for over $600,000 ARR- Evaluate client program priorities, execute regular program reviews, and tailor success plans to establish clear goals and milestones to achieve CSR goals- Provide best practices for grant applications and cycles, impact reporting, scoring, payments, communications, and workflows- Liaise with the Sales, Enhancement, Implementation, and Support teams to facilitate projects; regularly update client records in Salesforce CRM database- Connect clients with peers to gain knowledge and best practices in client-to-client interactionsSolutions Expert: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Benevity platform suite, primarily the Versaic granting platform- Drive client on-boarding and adoption of the existing platform, as well as new products and features, by providing platform training as well as an understanding of Benevity’s cross-functional support structure- Consult with the appropriate internal teams to manage client problems and escalate when necessary; communicate delivery timelines and set realistic expectations with the client- Serve as the client’s advocate back into Benevity’s internal teams to ensure solutions and services are evolving to meet client needs; participate in multiple projects designed to improve internal efficiencies
