David Sempala is an experienced communications &Marketing management specialist with deep expertise every facet of media and marketing industry. With more than 15 years’ experience, David has a solid expertise in Business management with a bias in Brand, Media, Marketing, behavioural change communications and events industry.Presently, he is the Chief Executive Officer for Royal way Media Ltd.Over the years, David has provided extensive communications expertise to a number of organizations to major corporate entities including Standard Chartered Bank, MTN Uganda, Airtel Uganda, Post Bank, and international agencies like USAID Projects, UN Women, British Council, and UNICEF, WHO and European Union among others.As a Chief Executive Officer takes a leadership role and ultimately responsible for all management decisions and for implementing the company's long and short term plans. He is responsible for an oversight role every function of the agency:• Strategy oversight.• Business Development• Planning & Budgeting• Talent Management• Stakeholder engagement and monitoring regulatory complianceDavid is also passionate about society particularly key components like Environment and Climate Change interventions, Education and mentoring young people through entrepreneurship.
