Firm attorneys have been employed by broker/dealers who have syndicated real estate equity offerings in hospitality, senior living, office and retail development and acquisition, and have provided business planning and tax counsel. While providing a broad range of legal services to its valued clients, the firm focuses on two principal practice areas: BD/RIA/Family Office Representation; and Real Estate Finance. The firm’s due diligence practice involves a concentration in real estate equity fund, development project, debt and REIT reviews. It also has significant experience in oil and gas, private equity, hedge funds, and tax-favored investments. Mick Law provides clients individualized legal opinions with an additional focus on project and fund structure, investor rights, financing, valuation, and exit analysis.
