Responsible for all engineering aspects of asset valuation for bids to acquire non-operating working interests totaling over $2B.Design, development, and implementation of technical evaluation platform for basin-wide valuation of oil & gas acreage.Generated and maintained database of three stream (major phase, GOR/CGR, WOR/WGR) production forecasts for every unconventional well in the Delaware and Midland basins. Forecasts were generated using proprietary probabilistic Bayesian regression code base as well as spatial-basis hierarchical regression to impute missing attributes with offset wells in same landing zone. Developed novel universal kriging methodology for type curve construction unique to each landing zone at quarter section level resolution. Constructed meta type curves via DSU aggregation of quarter section type curves for valuation of undeveloped acreage based upon geospatial intersection with remaining development locations.
