Responsible for delivery and administration of BSWH Provider Informatics program and solutions in support of the EHR technologies and 6,000 active medical staff.Inspire and lead the team responsible for the support and customer care of our acute provider staff, the expertise of EHR provider workflows, and the design and validation of changes within our IT systems. Strategically aligned department operations and technical initiatives to the mission, goals, and program priorities of the organization.Negotiated and developed the roadmap for key projects, with on time and on budget delivery:• Allscripts Care management software implementation in 49 hospitals on time (9 months) and on budget ($4 M).• Medilink rehab software, implemented standardized inpatient rehabilitation departments with nursing, therapies, and providers clinical documentation, clinical workflows and auditing at in 12 IRFs. • Clinicomp perinatal software, implemented in 8 acute OB departments across Tenet. • MedHost emergency department EHR, standardized and implemented in 42 hospitals over 24 months. • RightBed bed control dashboard and analytics – activated at 24 hospitals with a budget friendly, web-based SaaS application and delivery model. Oversaw Tenet’s clinical quality support organization, that was out sourced to Dell Services and multiple teams (up to 30 professionals) in the delivery of high profile, complex, enterprise projects supporting both internal and vendor developed software applications, enhancements, and modifications.
