• Designed and implemented The Exhibitor Content Delivery Service for IMAX Corporation, which uses standard internet circuits to deliver Hollywood content to a secure local IMAX content storage system. This system, which is still in use, reduced costs by eliminating the need to courier content to theaters on physical drives• Provided tactical oversight of IMAX Entertainment's (IE) business and process development by operating as the liaison between IE's management team and other internal and external groups • Determined IE business requirements and project charters, and served as IE's business contact for project management• Served as an Information Technology subject matter expert for IMAX Entertainment, as well as a member of IMAX's Global Cyber Security team • Insured adherence to all studio MPAA auditing requirements• Implemented Transport Management Systems with EDI integration into our ERP environment. Developed and supported Drake's Personnel Tracking application programmed in Dataflex; an application which tracked 30,000 temporary staffers and gave management real-time tracking of temporary placements jobs.
