As a Turnaround Specialist, I work with companies in distress, for the benefit of the owners. In the past 10 years I have helped a large number of companies within retail, transport, engineering, publishing and healthcare, with turnovers between £50k to £10m / year, to turn them around and make them profit making.As well as providing specialist help to companies in trouble, I am also a Family Business expert with a major focus on Finance and Strategic Development.I have experience of being MD of companies from 5 -150 employees with turnover from £1M - £30M and held a number of non executive positions as Director and Chairman of Manufacturing, Retail and Service Companies.
