I provide value and leadership through an uncommon combination of business and legal experience which includes roles as in-house counsel, litigator, key client team leader, and senior marketing professional. This experience allows me to both problem solve and proactively identify business development opportunities across a wide range of settings. My key stakeholders include the highest levels of firm management who rely on me for straight forward communication and reliable execution.I am also an experienced leader of teams, currently leading a team of business professionals in the United States and Europe with seniority levels of Director to Coordinator . I am skilled at implementing strategy through consistent and results-based leadership. My leadership style is inclusive with an emphasis on winning through teamwork. I also believe strongly in the power of consensus and prioritize decision making that includes diverse and differing points of view.Personally, I enjoy being active. I am an avid runner having participated in over 20 marathons including the infamous 2013 Boston Marathon. I have used these opportunities to raise money for JDRF which is a particularly important cause for my family. I have also backpacked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon several times including successful round trips on the difficult New Hence and Boucher trails (in one instance having to literally jump over an annoyed rattle snake who didn't want to "share" the trail with us).
