HIV is manageable, but it is crucial for individuals to understand its presentation and how to effectively manage it to improve their quality of life.For this reason, I taught Reproductive Health, STIs, and HIV to University of Ibadan Distant Learning Students. Through this, I was able to help both young adults and the elderly comprehend HIV and other STIs.I dispelled misconceptions regarding the stigmatization and transmission of HIV, aiming for a more inclusive and informed community.Additionally, I provided guidance to my students on the importance of maintaining a healthy eating habit.
