I promote public-private collaborations between research groups, companies and organizations from multiple fields to carry out innovation projects and knowledge transfer activities. The uniqueness of the innovation ecosystem of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) has allowed me to be involved in projects in multiple areas and sectors.My professional development has linked me to the use of ICT and the digital transformation of organizations, a task that I continue as part of the implementation team of the UAB's CRM tool.Among my personal skills, I have excelled in my ability to integrate into teams and coordinate them, as well as the ability to dynamize work meetings for generate ideas and new business strategies. I also like to train my colleagues, regardless of their experience, and help them adapt to new technologies because, beyond the fascination I feel for advances such as AI, I still believe in the value of teamwork.
