Hi there! I'm a seasoned global HR professional with experience in managing international assignments. My career began at Mercedes Benz in Mexico, where I gained invaluable experience in managing the global assignments in the Mercedes-Benz Product Group Compact Cars division. I then transitioned to Mercedes-Benz North America Corporation in Michigan, where I started as a Global Assignment Consultant and was then promoted to Global Assignment Administration and Consultation Manager. In my current role, I lead two teams, Administration and Consultation. I collaborate with HR colleagues in different countries to ensure timely and independent implementation of international assignments based on Mercedes-Benz specific regulations. I also handle special cases and escalation processes, proactively aligning them with stakeholders. My fluency in Spanish, English and German has proven invaluable in managing international assignments and networking with stakeholders worldwide. I am proud to have achieved the Global Mobility Specialist Designation from Worldwide ERC and have received the honor to be selected to participate in the 16th World Business Dialogue at the University of Cologne in Germany.I hold a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad Panamericana, a diploma in Project Management from ITESM, a Project Management certificate from Oakland University and a Master's degree in Project Management and Evaluation from Universidad Panamericana. I also had the opportunity to study Business Administration at Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen in Germany.As a Manager and strategic thinker, I have led the expat management team, handled vendor management and immigration coordination, and performed internal audit controls.
