Given the large amount of time spent within Asia traveling for conferences, music export and in the various music scenes, it made sense to start working with artists around the region. My producer moniker DSML (@iamdsml) was launched in Jun 2020 and I have a roster of 8-10 artists at any point in time.I currently have 5 songs released and am slated to release 4 more by the end of 2020.

Started with managing the band in its early stages, before handing over those responsibilities to our manager. I've been since doing business development for the band, sourcing and securing regional opportunities such as festivals and other bookings, collaborations, as well as media and brand engagements.As a co-founder of the band I also am the bass player and write/produce for the band.

Conceptualised, managed and operated music export and education projects, such as Showcases at Golden Melody Awards (Taipei), Singapore: Inside Out (Sydney), the Music Matters Academies, Singapore showcases and Singapore Matters Networking sessions.Produced small scale (300-1,000 pax) Singapore music festivals such as Aliwal Urban Art Festival, Music for a Cause/YouthX, and SGMUSO’s bare. and The Outer Limits.I also conduct workshops and take part in panel discussions all over Asia (as both moderator and panelist), including LUCfest (TW), All of The Noise (PH), Bangkok Music City (TH), Sakurazaka Asylum (JP) and Bajafash festival (ID).I am currently focused on executing the new revamped SGMUSO business model with music export, fundraising, skills development, and membership at its core, as well as facilitating collaborations between regional industry players.

Designed transfer pricing policies for mid to large sized companies, in order for them to adhere to transfer pricing guidelines and minimise tax payments.
